About the Creator

 

My name is Melanie Esterine and I’m a current senior at the University of Michigan. Though I love my beautiful little college town of Ann Arbor, I’m a New York City native and no matter how far from it I get, it’ll always be my favorite city in the world. I’m studying “Biopsychology, Cognition, & Neuroscience” with minors in Writing and “Community Action & Social Change.” So, throughout my college journey, I have learned subject matter ranging from cognitive psychology to the “ins & outs" of essay writing to current conversations in public health. However, my favorite topic to learn about always has been and always will be related to music. Nothing gets me going like discovering a new song that I love, one which I’ll probably have on repeat for weeks on end after listening to it for the first time.
